If Europe wants to compete with the U.S and with the rest of the world, it needs innovative ICT solutions, such as DreamApply EU that support universities to easily find national and international students and vice versa, and fosters international student mobility towards the Old Continent.
The feasibility assessment will focus on following technical and business objectives during its 6 months, to develop a robust plan for Phase 2:
• Prepare software development plan to finalize DreamApply EU that meets Functional Requirements;
• Scout and secure at least 15-20 pilot customers i.e. European higher education institutions (such as Tallinn university of technology, Vilnius Gediminius Technical University, Poznan University of Economics, Kaunas University of Technology), to achieve a viable size of the ecosystem, so that the platform can be setup, implemented and validated over a period of 12 months. DreamGroup will scout and contact decision takers/ influencers from academic and governmental areas and from EU Institutions that can positively influence to secure pilot customers and achieve the expected outcomes of the project. The Estonian Ministry of Education provided a Letter of Support for this project. |
